The 2018 Southern Cross Care Fringe program was spread across five sites, with a program of international and local performances and activities. The event continued to be considered a first of its kind at this scale for a South Australian aged care organisation.

2018 SCC Fringe Program

ArtSpace

We engaged an ‘all hands on deck’ from the key sites to help draw in local artists and craftsmen to participate in their “ArtSpace” community events. Retired art teachers, artists and painters, nature lovers, flower arrangers, photographers and poets all lined up to share their skill and passion with Artspace attendees.

Artspace Days were held at the following sites from 11am-2pm:

·         The Lourdes Valley precinct (Myrtle Bank) on Saturday 17 February

·         The Philip Kennedy Centre, (Largs Bay) on Wednesday 28 February

·         The Pines, John Martin House (North Plympton) on Wednesday 7 March
