SA Water Desalination Plant
In the local Kaurna language, Kauwi means 'fresh water'. The Kauwi Interpretive Centre at the SA Water Desalination Plant provides information on desalination and tells the story of water in South Australia, from European settlement to today. It also provides information about the Kaurna people, the traditional custodians of the land on which the centre is built.
