We offer a range of group therapies and programs to help improve your health and wellbeing, and provide opportunities to socialise in a community atmosphere.
Strength, flexibility & balance programs
We have a number of group programs all designed to improve your flexibility, balance, strength and fitness, including:
- Aquatic physiotherapy
- Fitness classes
- Strength and balance training
- Tai Chi
These programs can give you a greater sense of wellbeing, improved health, and help to prevent against falls.
Chronic Conditions Self-Management Groups
If you have a chronic condition such as heart disease, arthritis, diabetes or pain, our group and individual programs will help you live well. These programs are facilitated by a range of specialists, including dieticians and pharmacists.
Socialising is a key part of an enjoyable life. We offer social group meet-ups on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 2pm at the Philip Kennedy Centre. These are available for people aged 65 and over.
Morning tea and lunch are included, and there are activities like arts, crafts, discussions, trivia, guest speakers and cooking.
